Join the Technology Showcase at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNS & IMF) on Tuesday, January 19, 2026. This event, to be held on base, will provide a valuable opportunity for industry and academic exhibitors. Due to Pearl Harbor’s remote location, key decision-makers and personnel do not have many travel opportunities to see the latest M&S technologies that are critical to the PHNS & IMF mission. The shipyard personnel are eager to evaluate new products and services and provide firsthand experience of their technology needs and challenges. This event offers a unique venue where program managers, engineers, maintenance personnel, and base leadership will converge, creating the ideal networking environment. NCMS Technology Showcases have been featured at DOW maintenance facilities across the US and Japan and are open to government personnel as well as industry and academic exhibitors and representatives.
Please Note: The deadline for exhibitors to register is quite early—Friday, November 13, 2026—because base security requirements must be completed ahead of time (see below for details).

Voltage Vessels is a Hawaii based materials and additive manufacturing company developing Eclipse X9, a basalt reinforced PETG composite available in pellet and filament formats. We combine material development, design for additive manufacturing and partner production to address maritime and industrial applications.
For maintenance and sustainment, we are pursuing selected housings, covers, panels, tooling, fixtures and other components where conventional sourcing or corrosion creates a practical burden. Our approach connects the material specification, digital design, print settings and inspection plan with the requirements of each part.
Voltage is seeking maintenance users and technical partners to define representative demonstrations, compare performance and cost against existing parts, and establish a documented qualification path. Our focus is useful production evidence and repeatable manufacturing, not treating one material result as approval for every application.
BlastOne International is a global leader in the field of surface preparation, specialising in abrasive blasting and protective coating solutions. With 50 years of experience, our company has established a reputation for excellence, innovation, and client-centric service with branches across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the USA.
Horizon Industries, a division of East Texas Lighthouse for the Blind, is one of the nation's leading converters and manufacturers of industrial wiping towels, performance cleaning cloths, hexavalent chromium elimination products, and paracord for the U.S. military and civilian government agencies.
Horizon manufactures a comprehensive range of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty wiping towels engineered for applications ranging from general cleaning and facility maintenance to demanding industrial and aerospace tasks, including heavy oil and grease removal, metallic and composite surface preparation, and aircraft canopy cleaning. Designed for performance, consistency, and reliability, Horizon products help maintenance professionals meet the rigorous requirements of military, aerospace, and industrial environments.
At East Texas Lighthouse for the Blind, the mission is clear: empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired through rehabilitation, education, training, and employment. Horizon Industries brings that mission to life in a powerful way, by transforming opportunity into meaningful, high-performance work.
Inside the operation, this mission is not abstract – it’s visible in every role, every process, and every finished product. Individuals who are blind or visually impaired make up a significant portion of the workforce, contributing across production, quality assurance, and innovation. The result is a team defined not by limitations, but by capability and precision.
That same focus on excellence extends to the products themselves.

How to get the most out of your participation at a NCMS Sustainment Accelerator
Each exhibitor’s space will be visited by individuals representing Government, Industry, and Academia. Please have a prepared “elevator” description of your technology and how it will benefit maintenance and sustainment efforts. This prepared speech should engage your audience quickly. Be prepared to demonstrate your technology or offer a short presentation on how your technology works. Be sure that you have deliverables that speak to the benefits of your technology, and if possible, create handouts or other marketing collateral.
Actionable Items
• Make sure your team has an elevator speech. Be prepared to describe your technology solution/service and its benefits in 30 seconds or less.
• Demo, demo, demo! Demonstrations draw attention at the event.
• Bring plenty of collateral!
• Keep your exhibit space staffed.
• Traffic is unpredictable and intermittent, so plan to have a representative at your table during all show hours.
• Refrain from packing up or leaving before the event ends. An empty tabletop reflects poorly upon your company/organization.
• Online Directory: As a part of exhibitor registration, you are required to submit company and technical abstracts. To make a lasting impact, be sure to complete this package by submitting your logo and quad chart to eventsupport@ncms.org.
